At CTD USA, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Whether we are shipping a small package, large package, pallet or an entire container, CTD USA has a shipping solution. The following shipping policy apply to all CTD USA brands and online stores.

Almost all orders are shipped from our above primary address.

After placing an order, CTD assigns an expected shipping date. As long as you have your invoice number, the expected shipping date can be found on our Order Tracker page. Order status is updated in real time.

Shipping Lead Times

CTD USA works hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Unlike most of our competitive products, we actually manufacture the majority of our orders upon receipt. This is how we can offer such a large selection of configurations, lengths and colors. The benefit of ordering from the brands of CTD USA is that you get to purchase the product you need, not be forced to select from a limited selection of products a company has sitting in their warehouse. To help get your order delivered the quickest, we offer a large selection of shipping carrier options too. Our primary small package carriers are UPS and US Postal Service as noted below.

At CTD USA, our brands sell four different classifications of products: Stock, Preassembled, Custom Built and Custom Printed. Each class of product requires a different lead time before shipping.

Stock products are finished goods sitting on a warehouse shelf, ready to ship. Stock products usually ship within 1 business day.

Preassembled products are built, but are not fully complete or packaged. They may require a final inspection or speciaty packaging before shipment. Preassembled products typically ship in 1-2 business days.

For custom built orders, the average production time is 3-5 business days, but depends greatly on order quantity. Although 3-5 business days is an average production time, as a manufacturer, our lead time on custom products can vary with current market demand.

Custom Printed products are similar to custom built, but require our printing services also. Printing services include imprinted webbing, printed packaging materials or other materials. Products that require printing services to take extra time to produce. The extra amount of time can vary widely depending on what services the job requires. We recommend contacting customer service for the most accurate lead time when ordering a custom printed product.

If current production time is ever a concern when placing an order, please contact customer service prior to ordering.

Tracking Information

Regardless of carrier, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout after shipping has occurred.

Tracking information is provided as a courtesy to the customer, providing as much visibility possible. Once shipping has been processed, CTD does not guarantee the accuracy of the tracking information or expected delivery times posted by the carrier.

Small Package Shipping Carriers

CTD USA uses numerous shipping carriers to handle a wide variety of shipment types. Common shipment types are residential, commercial, LTL and Ocean freight. For our residential and commercial customers, UPS and US Postal are our primary small package carriers.

To explain our small package carrier shipping options better, it is important define Transit Time.

"TRANSIT TIME" is the amount of time it takes a shipment to be delivered after the carrier picks it up.

Transit times are be based on the pick up location, delivery location and carrier service selected. Each carrier has different transit times to different geographical regions. Not all carrier shipping options are available for every customer location. On our website, during checkout, we show the available shipping options for your delivery address.

UPS ShippingUPS Shipping Services

    UPS Services Offered Are:
  1. UPS Next Day Air (1 Day standard transit time)
  2. UPS Second Day Air (2 Day standard transit time)
  3. UPS Third Day Select (3 Day standard transit time)
  4. UPS Ground (1-7 Days standard transit time), transit time is based on delivery location

UPS COLLECT

UPS allows customers with UPS billable accounts to charge shipping services charges to their account. CTD refers to this as "UPS Collect" Shipping.

In order to use UPS Collect service, a valid UPS account must be provided during checkout.

UPS offers two types of UPS Collect services:

1) Bill Receiver
Bill Receiver refers to billing shipping charges to the receiver of the goods.

2) Bill Third Party
Bill Third Party refers to billing shipping charges to a third party, typically the customer placing the order, but not the final receiver of the goods.

UPS Collect services are provided as a courtesy to our customers. If for any reason, UPS Collect (Bill receiver or Bill Third Party) billing attempt fails to complete through UPS Billing, the bill-to customer on the invoice will be held responsible for all shipping charges and applicable fees. CTD USA does not guarantee UPS Billing services.

US Postal ServiceUS Postal Service

    USPS Services Offered Are:
  1. Priority (2-3 Day Service Anywhere in the US)
  2. Expedited (1-2 Day Service Anywhere in the US)
  3. International Priority (Transit Time Dependent on Delivery Country)
  4. First Class

Although we offer multiple USPS services, for small shipments within the USA, US Postal Priority is often the best option. Shipping costs are very affordable and transit times are typically no more than 2-3 days to all U.S. states including Puerto Rico.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

CTD USA wants all orders to go as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, there are occasional issues during the shipping process. The following covers the procedure for handling orders lost or damaged during transit.

    In Transit Lost Orders
  1. Orders not received within 3 business days of the "expected" delivery date are considered potentially lost.
  2. Please notify customer service of any potential shipping issues as quickly as possible.
  3. CTD USA will work with the carrier to determine whether the shipment is lost.
  4. If the shipment is deemed lost, CTD USA will provide a full replacement.
  5. CTD USA will cover any Shipping charges equal to or less than the shipping charges of the original shipment.
    Goods Damaged In-Transit
  1. Please notify customer service of any potential damage issues as quickly as possible.
  2. CTD USA will need proof of the damaged goods by photo or by returning the damaged product to CTD USA.
  3. If product is deemed to be damaged, CTD USA will replace the product at our expense.
  4. CTD USA will cover any Shipping charges equal to or less than the shipping charges of the original shipment.
