Here at CTD, we currently offer products under four unique brands:
Customized assembly of products is our specialty. We can make or replicate nearly any tie-down product in the industry. To make this possible, we currently stock over 1000 tie-down components that we design and assembly finished tie-downs with, and that component number increases every day. Some components we manufacture, some we purchase from approved vendors, but all are quality and strength tested prior to use in a product.
We are also webbing experts here at CTD USA. We stock over 200 unique types of webbing every day. Webbing types include polyester, nylon and polypropylene. Webbing widths range from 1 - 8 inches and strengths range from a few hundred pounds to over 78,000 lbs. Customized webbing is another unique skillset at CTD. We offer custom printing, including direct print and sublimation. Whether you want your company name, name of your boat or just a fun saying stenciled on the webbing, we can do it. Our sublimation printing even allows us to make webbing that matches your favorite Pantone color, pattern or specialty design.
Our factory, located in Hubbard, Oregon, is about 45 minutes south of the Portland, which allows us easy access to both domestic and foreign suppliers. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities include metal forming, welding and machining.
